William Ellis is a graduate of The University of California at Davis, with Bachelor Degrees in both Communication and Italian. During his college career, he had the opportunity to study abroad twice in Italy and in addition to deeply exploring Italian culture, art, and architecture, he earned a Certificate in Italian Language Proficiency. This immersion into other cultures sparked his interest in International Business, which led him to his first job offer in London, England at UBS Investment Bank, a leading global financial institution. He was an integral part of Campus and Professional Recruitment in the Human Resources Department there. During his tenure, he earned an International Diploma in Team Management accredited through The Mountbatten Institute and The University of Cambridge.
Since 1997, Will has been heavily involved in Children’s Hospital of Central California as a volunteer counselor at Camp Sunshine Dreams, an oncology camp for cancer patients and their siblings. He has also done work with the Make-A-Wish foundation as a Wish Grantor. William himself is a cancer survivor, diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia in 1996.
Currently, he works for the global leader in design and technology, Apple, in Talent Acquisition and Management.
